Figured I'd give it a go.
I've been going to the Chamber for nearly 3 years..since I moved to NE Ohio from Los Angeles back in March '05. I tend to go by myself most of the time, can be shy, but I'm not as misanthropic as I may appear to be. I gravitate towards the harsher/noiser side of Industrial/EBM (including lots of power noise) as well as a healthy dose of old school goth/deathrock & post-punk, although I definitely listen to my share of synthpop & futurepop as well.

Hello and welcome. I have to ask. What made you decide to move from California to Northeast Ohio. I bet it was The Chamber

Cali has nice weather- but according to the sister (whom is moving back from San Fran as soon as possible) the people can be rather sparkly in a not so meaningful way.
But whatever brought you to Cleveland ,abangthebeat, welcome to the forums- our own little web of mischief!

Moved here for a woman..a wonderful woman who hates earthquakes (as do I). For myself, I'll take the snow over earthquakes anyday.

;D I love Northern California...it's Southern California that is lame in many ways (although I do appreciate its positives far more than when I lived there...still, not moving back). My sister lives in San Francisco and she loves it. I'd have no problems living there were it not for the earthquakes. Besides, Cleveland is somewhat close to Chicago, Boston, Toronto (haven't been yet), NYC, Philly & DC. California is somewhat isolated, cool city wise, when you look to its surrounding states, Portland & Seattle excepted (to which I haven't been yet either).
